Ethicontrol at the 8th International Corporate Directors Forum

On December 5, 2025, the 8th International Forum of Corporate Directors took place in Kyiv at the InterContinental Hotel. The event brought together more than 200 participants, including business representatives, members of supervisory boards, experts, and professionals in the field of corporate governance.

The Forum has traditionally been one of the key professional platforms for discussing the development of corporate governance in Ukraine. This year, the event was held in an offline format and had a special atmosphere — on the eve of the holiday season, the venue was filled with a festive, almost Christmas-like mood, which encouraged open communication and active networking.

VIII INTERNATIONAL CORPORATE DIRECTORS FORUM, CGPA

The Ethicontrol team joined the Forum and spent the entire day engaging with participants who visited our stand. We demonstrated our case management system and whistleblower reporting channels, and discussed practical aspects of implementing ethical standards within companies.

This year, we also decided to experiment with participant engagement formats. At the Ethicontrol stand, we hosted a small lottery: those who signed up for a platform demo had the opportunity to draw a “lucky ticket” and win branded merchandise.

This approach became a great opportunity for informal dialogue and allowed participants to get acquainted with the platform in a relaxed, friendly way, without excessive formality.

General Impressions

For Ethicontrol, the Forum was прежде all an opportunity for live, direct communication with business representatives, members of supervisory boards, and industry experts. It is precisely through personal conversations that the real needs of companies and the challenges they face in the areas of compliance and integrity become most apparent.

The combination of a strong program, a professional audience, and a relaxed, pre-holiday atmosphere made the event particularly valuable in terms of experience sharing and networking.

Conclusion

The 8th International Forum of Corporate Directors once again confirmed its role as an important platform for the development of corporate governance culture in Ukraine. We would like to thank the organizers for a high-quality event and all participants for their interest in Ethicontrol’s solutions and for the meaningful discussions.

For us, participation in such events is not only about presenting a product, but also about being part of a professional dialogue that shapes modern governance practices.
