You can read our previous notes under [FCPA](https://ethicontrol.com/en/blog/tag/fcpa?hsLang=en)tag. 2019 has shown us stability in the total amount of fines for the TOP 10 companies — like [in 2018](https://ethicontrol.com/en/blog/top-10-fcpa-enforcement-cases-of-2018-en?hsLang=en), the sum is $2.8 billion. Despite this two of ten companies — MTS and Ericsson — have been hit the TOP 10 list of biggest FCPA fines ever. 2019 became lavish for individual charges.
