Hours left till the year end and we are introducing our highly anticipated release of 2023!

We are thrilled to announce the addition of file preview feature!

With this enhancement, users can now effortlessly preview files before opening them, saving valuable time and energy. Gone are the days of blindly opening documents, images, or videos without knowing what they contain.

More importantly, with the introduction of file preview, we introduced the feature to limit the right to download. By, default the right to download is granted to supervisor and case manager roles. As always, this is flexible and customisable.

Stay tuned for more exciting updates and features coming your way!
