# Ethicontrol Integrity Impact: Turning Compliance into Real-World Change

At Ethicontrol, we believe that integrity should not be a privilege reserved for large corporations. It should be accessible to every organization shaping society — especially those that educate future leaders and drive social impact.

That belief led us to launch **Integrity Impact Fund** — a granting initiative designed to empower NGOs, schools, and universities with enterprise-grade whistleblowing and compliance tools.

This is not philanthropy in its traditional sense. It is **structured accountability with measurable impact**.

The Fund offers discounts of up to 90% on the Ethicontrol Platform.

 

## Why We Created This Initiative

Organizations in the public interest sector often face a paradox:

- High ethical expectations
- Limited financial and operational resources
- Increasing regulatory and societal pressure

Yet, these organizations are often the most critical in shaping ethical culture.

Integrity Impact addresses this gap by providing **discounted access to compliance infrastructure** and **clear governance commitments**.

 

## The Core Principle: Support in Exchange for Accountability

Participation in the program is not unconditional.

Every beneficiary commits to implementing and maintaining a **functional integrity ecosystem**, aligned with international best practices such as ISO 37002 and ISO 37301.

Below is the full framework of obligations.

 

### Integrity Impact Participation Requirements

Organizations interested in participating should be prepared not only to receive support but to **demonstrate leadership in integrity**.

| Category | Obligation | Key Metrics / Requirements |

| **Governance & Ethics** | Commitment to integrity and elimination of corruption/discrimination | Formal policy and demonstrated practice |
| **Compliance Structure** | Appointment of senior compliance / whistleblowing officer | Mandatory role assignment to a senior-level officer of the organisation |
| **Transparency** | Public reporting every 6 months | Basic statistics, structure of violation categories, and response metrics |
| **Performance KPIs** | Defined service levels for case handling | ≤5 days median from registration to response/investigation, ≤40 days max from registration to resolution, ≥50% resolved |
| **Accountability** | Acceptance of public disclosure for non-compliance | not applicable |
| **Financial Compliance** | Refund discounts if obligations breached | not applicable |

We plan to expand the program geographically and sectorally, while maintaining strict entry and performance requirements.

Ethicontrol has committed to allocate 25% of its profits to the Fund, ensuring a stable, long‑term financial base for the initiative and demonstrating that we are investing our own resources alongside those of our partners and supporters.
