In 2024, Ethicontrol expanded its operations to all five continents—Eurasia, North and South America, Africa, and Australia. This was a major step in scaling our work globally, requiring adjustments to diverse legal environments and business cultures.

- 70+ languages supported, including Khmer and Bengali

Language & Contact Center Growth
To support users globally, our platform now operates in over 70 languages, with recent additions like Khmer, Bengali, Dari, and Tajik.
Our contact center expanded to 8+ new locations, including Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Saudi Arabia, the US, Latin America, and France. These teams provide direct support in multiple languages.
Developments in Existing Markets
- Poland – With new whistleblowing laws driving demand, we improved case management in Polish, localized our website, and introduced a price list in PLN.
- UAE – Ran targeted outreach campaigns and strengthened partnerships with private and public sector organizations. We also added Arabic to our website and introduced Spanish-language appointment booking to improve accessibility.

While the scope of compliance is expanding, it is clear that whistleblower protection remains a critical issue. This year, we highlighted the tragic case of Boeing whistleblower John Barnett, emphasising the risks faced by individuals who expose corporate misconduct. In addition, there was a notable instance of a whistleblower relating to OpenAI's internal practices.
In 2024, a key trend emerged: compliance and business ethics are no longer seen as purely technical or serious issues. Instead, they’re being recognized for their potential to be engaging and relatable. As companies prioritize building ethical, accountable cultures, there’s a growing focus on making compliance more accessible—using humour, interactive content, and creative communication strategies to make ethics training more appealing.

We made significant strides in improving our platform, introducing innovative features designed to enhance functionality and user experience. Not only did we incorporate new capabilities, but we also refined the design for a more intuitive interface.
Assign DUE DATES to cases
Managing cases effectively requires flexibility and precision, which is why we have introduced the ability to assign due dates to cases. This feature allows you to easily modify case deadlines when additional time is needed to process a case.
By keeping your timelines up to date, you can ensure that your analytics remain accurate and reflect healthy case management practices.

Documents sharing with the reporter
We’ve made it easier to share important documents securely with reporters. This new functionality supports better communication and collaboration, ensuring that reporters have access to the necessary information for effective case resolution.

We added the function of pseudonymisation to ensure privacy and comply with local laws. You can learn more about this feature here.
Preview of report
This feature reduces the risk of incomplete or incorrect submissions by offering a chance to confirm and refine their entries. It enhances user confidence and satisfaction by providing control over the final content of their report.
